AP Gain 1 ap per minute is not working, lion can tell us if it is Bugged or event is over ? thanx

I think its over because if the new Ap gain thing, where u get ap for being on 2k mins etc. But i'm not sure, because it only started today and the ligin screen says the mins thing started on the 14th.... gosh i'm vague but i know what i mean.
